It is therefore imperative that all Users of AI tools comply with the rules and policies set out in this established by this IT charter. The use of AI must be justified by legitimate purposes, such as improving operational processes, personalising services or analysing services or data analysis. Any deployment of AI tools must comply with applicable laws and laws and regulations, as well as internal data protection standards.
